Mihi's executive team has been phenomenal as they have assumed management of our community. They have been professional all along the way. From the very beginning in discussions of entering contract with them, to transition from a previous management company, and throughout their work on our community. They hit the ground running from day one. They are extremely prompt in responding to our owners needs. They are respectful and helpful in addressing each request and treat every concern with the care and attention they deserve. Their team is exceptionally knowledgable and assists in educating our board in the dealings of how an HOA works and the processes required to run a healthy HOA. I highly recommend Mihi Management and their fantastic team.

Jenai and her staff have gone the extra mile to help us make sure everything is functioning properly as a new HOA board. They are always willing to help us and assist the homeowners. Our homeowners love how kind and helpful they are. They have been to several functions and meetings of ours. They even had an evening that they came to help our homeowners sign up for monthly payments and a demonstration on how to use their website. I would highly recommend them as a top management company. If you are looking for a management company I would definitely have them come and talk to you. I would give them five star for sure.
