Called this company at 612pm on a Sunday evening due to our commercial freezer starting thawing and throwing errors. Spoke with a Tech that advised he wouldn't have the parts available for the errors showing and would come on Monday. No word as of 3pm, I call in to check status and was told they they had decided the night we called in that they would not be coming to service this freezer because we bought a commercial freezer for a residence location and even though they had done this type of servicing before they were no longer doing it. No reason on why we were not notified so I could look for another repair man to come out today. Completely unprofessional to waste my time let alone the food in the freezer.

They are always courteous, professional, and great at what they do. We have used them for years at our home and business and they have always had wonderful communication and problem solving skills. You will not regret using this amazing company! They are worth every penny!

I have a 2 year old commercial refrigerator in my home and they refuse to come fix it because I'm not a business and they are too busy to take the time to do what they specialize in. Very disappointing.
