        The new people that work in the service center are awful! They tell you to schedule an appointment and then when you walk in for your appointment they did not put it on the books. Then they tried to charge me to diagnose a problem that I have already had fixed more than once and it continues to not be fixed. These are things that never happened with the previous owners and service department.

        Service deck tried to charge me for visit. I have a service plan. They forgot to rotate tires. Had to take it back for that. Then the did not recalibrate the tires.
