Brandon was very helpful making sure I noted all the small defects to the move in form. He was very patient while I filled it out in detail. The apartment is nice and the price is reasonable. People are too critical with their reviews ur moving into an apartment not signing a 30 year mortgage give these guys some grace. I have nothing bad to say n I'm super excited about my new apartment!!

Initially I was not impressed but then I found that the building was sold and as soon as the transfer was approved - Everyone abandoned the place leaving Pacific Crest high and dry as to who lived here...who had paid rent... what needed fixing etc. Pacific Crest came in and have been super attentive and, so far, They have fixed everything I needed fixed that the previous management neglected. They have been really engaged with me and I have to say it is nice to have hope that I won't have to move this summer. I don't envy the mess they have to clean up but I am happy that they clearly are making the effort to clean it up! LASTLY - SHOUT OUT TO Hinano Kaaialii Our Property Manager. I recently had a flood with a broken pipe and he was all over it. I saved a bunch of my stuff and he stayed to sweep and clean up once the water was cleared and took my towels to the laundry.

It is essential to seek legal representation before entering into a contract or lease agreement with this particular landlord, as they consistently fail to uphold their promises and show a lack of willingness to compromise. The landlord deceived me during the signing of a new lease, and when I requested a thorough investigation, the upper management neglected their responsibility and failed to take appropriate action. Shouldn't all of their realtor licenses be revoked as a result? I am filing a lawsuit towards this management property.
