        Great front office . I'm a tenant now and it was koo for the 1st 3 days I moved in Feb 4th and seen bugs on the 7th had to get hot shot roach and and n spider spray.

        Stay far away from here because this place is disgusting and a joke. If the huge cockroach infestation isn't enough to deter you then maybe the horrible management, maintenance and security will. I have never seen anything like it. If you want your basic human and civil rights constantly violated and be forced to comply with illegal and unreasonable rules all while being looked down on and disrespected by staff then this place is for you. Reliant property Management has really done a number with the quintessa I just hope that their other properties aren't run the same way! Because if so they're going to spend a lot of time in court!
