They towed my vehicle for parking in my friends designated parking spot because they “didn’t know who’s car it was”. Even though my friend gave me permission to park there... Cameron the property manager is extremely unprofessional and is absolutely clueless. Do not lease a unit here unless you want your car to get towed.

I've been living here for 2 years now, the floor plans are amazing and the management team is even better! Mona and Randall are simply the best! Super friendly, kind, and willing to help you no matter what! You guys rock! Keep it up!

We've lived in this building for 5+ years, and are about to move out of the city for my work. We had considered relocating to different neighborhoods every now and then, but could never find something as big for the same price. We will miss our West Seattle spot:)

Mona was a great professional, showing us a few potential apartments. She even let my partner take a phone call in one of the empty apartments for a work emergency. We didn't end up renting there, but appreciated the care and concern that the manager took to show us around. The apartments that we did see were bright, clean and new.
