After living here for a month, the experience has been great. Lian and Oliver were extremely helpful during the move-in process. The location is excellent, and I look forward to living here.

There is a review that talks about violence from the manager and pest control, but this is definitely not the View at Cascade. The picture is not Carpet found in the community and they do not have a pest problem. Management is very professional, so this review must be from one of the other apartment communities called Cascade and not the View at Cascade. Hopefully the person that made the mistake will read this and take it off.

they have a slug problem. my first night staying in my apartment i woke up to slugs crawling across my face & the manager punched my baby in the face because i wanted an extension on the rent and it escalated. my baby is in ICU and they sent me to collections. DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR SANITY INTACT

We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff is extremely attentive and the common areas are very clean and well taken care of!
