Moved in here recently. The apartment is good as its newly renovated. No complain. But the community is not kid friendly, rather say, the owner is not kid friendly ( but they are pet friendly) . So, future tenants with kids please think twice before you move in.

I lived in these apartments for about 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. The unit itself was very clean and modern and the closet space was huge! The leasing office staff was very kind, courteous and timely regarding any requests or accommodations. Something that stood out to me more than anything was one of their maintenance techs Phillipe. He honestly may have been one of the best parts of my whole experience there. He was incredibly kind and caring and whenever something needed to be fixed he was all over it as quickly as possible. He would regularly go above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and that you were completely happy with everything. He remembers everyones names and always says hi and asks how youre doing no matter how busy he is. Even when hes not working hes helping members of the complex with things. You just dont really find people like that anymore and I think that the complex itself is truly lucky to have found a gem like him!

I recently concluded a 6.5-year tenancy with this landlord, and I wanted to share my experience. The location is good and maintenance is responsive. Toward the end of my tenancy, I was charged hugely for minor scratches on the stove top that I believe were within the normal wear and tear expected after 6.5 years. This was disappointing and felt unfair. I'd recommend potential tenants to document the condition of the property upon moving in and moving out to avoid any disputes over wear and tear. Additionally, clarify the expectations regarding deductions for minor damages.
