Beautiful place. Don't know about rentals or if each unit is privately owned.

Due to poor board oversight and management. There have been three HOA increases in one year and an assessment voted down due to poor money management. Attempting for a second assessment. This property has no current manager for the last 4 months and the current out of state board of directors have let it fall through the cracks

Large yet quiet accomodations. It boarders a golf course. Shops galore in the neighborhood. Several pools and hot tubs.
