As a real estate agent, I have had the opportunity to show this building many times. And every single time is a wonderful experience and a chance to learn about the history of the building. Any conversation I have had with owners or those vacationing in an Airbnb has been a great interaction. The care that owners take within the building is awesome. Every condo is so unique, and this location is one of the best in DTPHX.

In the past 18-months, I have listed and sold & successfully closed escrow on 13-different condos in the building for 6-different owners. In 2021 alone, I have sold ten and currently have 4-actively listed on the market. The Embassy has a large owner-occupant ownership core and allows owners to rent their condominiums as "Short-Term" rentals, unique to most buildings in Phoenix. The Airbnb's in the building has a history of attracting professionals, professors, and quality short, and long-term renters (most Airbnb guests will rent for 1-3 months, sometimes longer.) The ability to rent these units short-term has had a dramatic impact on the property/unit values. Furthermore, the Airbnb's are well-received and embraced by the HOA and occupant residents within the building. The Embassy also features Killer common areas, a stunning sky-deck pool, and a mix of uniquely designed & remodeled units, with views from nearly every angle possible.
