I really enjoyed the apartment I briefly rented from Racquet Club Realty. It was beautiful and spacious, the decor was nice and perfectly lovely for my needs. The issue lies with my experience with the HOA, particularly Mr. Martinez. The HOA accused one of my guests of something he did not do, without proof, and no longer allowed him on the property. Before speaking with me, they chose to watch him and take photos of him coming to my apartment. When I spoke with the HOA on the phone this gentleman completely disregarded what I said and told me he didnâ€™t believe me and that I was lying to him, as well as insulting the character of my friend and I. Additionally, I was threatened with legal action without any proof, or possibility of this individual doing what was said about him. As much as I loved my apartment, I felt targeted for my young age and unwelcome on the grounds. I wish I had saved the stress and money and found a property that welcomed young renters.
