They continually call in an attempt to solicit business. I have kindly asked them several times to stop contacting me, as they continue to do so even though I have expressed that their contact is unwanted. This company struggles to update their records regarding who they are contacting and that alone makes me doubt their competency to represent a real estate transaction. Attention to detail is critical and for some reason they cant seem to get this right, specifically the representative named Ice.
Stop harassing people through your unwanted contact.

This company was representing a landlord who had a home in Zillow for rent $1850. I filled out the app in order to view the home. Was told next day I was approved. Went to see the house. I was given the code and Cynthia stayed on the phone while I walked the home. I never asked but she stated it I really liked the home the landlord would bring down the rent to $1800 and the landlord would agree to maintain the big willowy overgrown tree in the front yard. Few days later I told her I would like to rent the home. Told her that the patio blinds were stripped and I noticed a crack in the glass on the stairwell light fixture. No rush but wanted to give them time for any repairs prior to move in. The $500 hold was bumped to $1000. Ok. Fine. I Zelled the fee. I get a text that the rental agreement was emailed over. Upon viewing the rent was never lowered, nothing mentioned about the tree. $500 move in cost randomly added after I specifically went over all the move in costs with Cynthia well in advance. I text and question discrepancies. The response is the landlord is renting full price, as is, with the damages. Why waste peoples time and try ti sneak a rental agreement to be signed when it was not what was agreed upon. Totally unprofessional.they did Zelle the deposit back but I would never use this company to rent a home but especially to buy a home. Very shady business practices. Just be open and honest instead of secretive.
