        Tim was highly responsive up until a week before the job after confirming estimates and the work to be done - Since then, he's been totally radio silent ignoring multiple VMs and emails. This is a busy time a year and I could fully understand if they didn't have availability for the job, but that wasn't the case; He confirmed multiple times he could do the work and he bizarrely fell off the map right before when he was supposed to do the job.
