Jolene is a true professional. Her knowledge of home improvement and repairs is excellent. She organized and scheduled all the subcontractors necessary for the job and the project was completed while I was out of town for two weeks. I was able to enjoy my vacation because of my confidence in Jolene and her crew. When I returned I was very happy with the job. Thank you!

Jolene and her son were easy to work with. They were on time and efficient with their work time. We were appreciative of any suggestions that might save us money while still getting the job done, but they were very accommodating of what our wishes were, and of any added requests. Their workmanship was good, and we will have no problem recommending them to any of our friends. A pleasant experience.

Our experience was fantastic! Jolene and Drew went above and beyond on our little fixer upper! They completely renovated a bathroom for us. We have an older home, so as they went they found some surprises that needed to be fixed. Some bathroom related, some completely unrelated, but needed to be done. They did way more work than they signed on for with our project, but now our house feels so much better. One thing I really appreciate most is the education that comes with these guys! My husband and I learned a ton about how we should proceed with future projects, and were given ideas on how to make our home more efficient with a few simple DIY friendly tips and tricks.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Informative Project Solutions! I would work with Informative Project Solutions a million times over and recommend without reservation! A few months ago we had our peculiar half bath/laundry room renovated and it turned out perfect thanks to Informative Project Solutions. I had called around to other contractors who turned down the work due to it being too small of a project and I felt lost as it was way too big of a project for me to take on myself - enter Jolene and her son. They were thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Almost all of our discussions and planning were over the phone as I was unable to be there in person and Jolene made sure we were always on the same page and always updated. They tackled every single thing we uncovered along the way (due to a poor addition being added 30 years ago) from plumbing and electricity changes to flooring support and design work. Months later, everything has held up and functions perfectly!
