Kevin at Relax The Back in Santa Barbara was fantastic. We bought a massage chair and it could not have been easier. Delivery was quick and on time Quality Human Touch product. Kevin answered all questions on the phone and in the store.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Relax the Back in Santa Barbara and I was thoroughly impressed with their products and service. The store was clean, organized, and filled with a wide variety of high-quality products to choose from.
I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the products available in the store. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided valuable insights and recommendations to help me make an informed decision.

We're grateful to this Relax the Back store. We walked in and asked for help with a chair that's missing parts. Even without the chair, they were able to help diagnose the problem and recommend how to fix it. They even gave us some of their spare parts to bring home to make the repairs. Incredible service, Incredible people. Thank you, Relax the Back Santa Barbara!
