        I recently started experiencing lower back issues and came into the store to try to find something to alleviate the problem.  David (the store manager) was extremely helpful, patient, and never tried to "sell me" on any specific product.  Instead, he took the time to work with me to try to find the right product to help solve my problem.It's all about customer service and thanks to David and Chase, the experience I had at the Thousand Oaks store was exceptional. The great return policy is a plus as well.  All retail establishments should aspire to the level of service this store's team provides.I highly recommend this store.   David and team will not steer you wrong!
