I went in to ship a couple of boxes and when I got there, there was one clerk and a line of people. Despite it being later in the afternoon, and temporarily working solo, Mandy was wonderful. She had a big smile, an upbeat, chipper attitude and she was very friendly and helpful. Her co-worker arrived just as she was getting to the end of the line.
Mandy was very efficient and knew how to do her job well. And she greeted many customers by calling them by name. She seemed to know a lot of the customers and have a great repoire with them.
Way to go Mandy!

Over the last few years I've used this location about 5 times, only for returns. Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. I was the only one in the store, the middle aged woman didn't verbally acknowledge me at all. No hello, welcome, how can I help you, nothing. She never walked me through the return process, just scan and move the package, scan and move the package, not saying a word. I started to ask if I would get anything confirming shipment and she cut me off and said "yep" and handed me a receipt. That was it, no thank you, have a good day, need anything else. Very rude.
