Good prices and the maintenance team is FAST!!! I put my work order in this morning at roughly 9am and by 12pm, they were at my door to fix the issues! Mary Jane at the front is also very responsive and extremely friendly! Love living here and will definitely resign if needed (Would like a house but that's a lot to ask for in this economy LOL)

Initially, I enjoyed living here, but the process of moving out has been so unhinged I cannot recommend anyone rent here. I'm writing this almost a year after moving out and I have still not received my security deposit back. I understand the middle management of this company is doing their best, but from what I have experienced, I believe the larger holding company to be extremely unethical. If you rent here, you will likely suffer the same injustice I have.

Charged us a whole year later after moving out 300$ because they wanted to change the carpet and paint the walls ? What does that have to do with us. We left the place the same way we got it. No kids, no dogs, and on top of that, was gone a lot of the time due to traveling. If they wanted to make the placer look nicer for the next person to move in, great. But that shouldnt have come from our pockets . Wish I could give this place 0 stars.
