        Both Hailey and Alyssa the two ladies who work in the front office are very kind and helpful. Maintenance on the other hand is something else entirely. There's an older gentleman who is very kind when he comes by to work on something. However maintenance as a whole are so slow. They NEVER fix anything in just one day. Doesn't matter if it's your AC not working in the summer or your Heat not working in the winter (we've had both), it's not a priority for them.
