        did a tour to possibly rent and although the rent is very cheap, the carpet was dirty, the hallways smelled like smoke and the stairways were absolutely disgusting.

        Im happy I didnt go with this apartment based off the reviews and calling myself. The guy I spoke to was rude. It was obvious he didnt want to speak. Get rid of your staff or teach them the importance of customer service even if you fake it.
