River View Apartments, Building 2

Someone broke into my car by smashing the window in the building 2 parking garage. The USPS guy said someone broke into mailboxes recently as well. Looks like there have been multiple reports of theft and vandalism but nothing is being done to help/fix the issue. The thieves took the fob for the garage door and now have access to that as well. We need better security/surveillance in the buildings

I posted a review with 4 stars about 5 years ago, stating 'Good site. There are lots of Green Parks, clean buildings.' However, this review is no longer applicable. I want to update my review with my more recent experiences. When we first moved in years ago, the place appeared well-maintained and secure, which were significant factors in our decision. Unfortunately, there are many reasons occurring in our apartment complex that make us not feel safe to live here anymore. False alarms have become a frequent issue. Regarding vandalism, theft, and other security concerns: * Our e-scooter was stolen in Feb 2021, despite being securely locked on the bike rack in the locked bike storage. (it happened @building 2) * In May 2021, our car was broken into, and belongings were stolen during the early morning hours (between 6.50 am - 8.10 am) (it happened @building 2) These incidents, coupled with numerous stolen packages, have severely impacted our sense of security and well-being.
