        Great pharmacy and helpful pharmacists. They carry medications that are not available in other major pharmacies and pharmacists here are very helpful and informative regarding the medications.

        They made us wait 40 minutes for them to verify a coupon from GoodRx and when we came back to receive the prescription they hadnt processed the coupon and we paid out of pocket. On top of this they gave us the incorrect amount of prescription we were prescribed. It was all sorted out at the end but a quick trip ended up taking close to an hour. The pharmacist was also very uncooperative, but thankfully the pharmacy technician was there to help us.

        I went into the rite aid on Meridian and Hamilton. ibouught 5 eBay gift cards from Jose while he was running 2 registers at a time. He took the time to caushion me about scams. He saved me 1000 dollars due to his kindness and diligence even though he was so busy. He is always friendly but today he was above and beyond. thank you Jose and thank you Riteaid
