Cuevas Fence did great work replacing 4 broken fence posts on our backyard fence. The new concrete holding the posts was mounded upward to stop water intrusion. The old fence boards and horizontal bracing was somehow left undisturbed.Also, we had a gate post that needed to be braced. The hole for the fastener was countersunk into the post, making a clean repair.

Cuevas Lumber & Fence Inc a great business to work with. Adam was very nice, with professional customer service. He explained every step to replacing the old fence.I met Fidel the owner, a very nice, helpful man that knows his business. He also explained everything clear and with respect.The two workmen (nice guys)  were none stop at their profession. They replaced the fence and did a great job. They were both very good at what they did, the new fence is beautiful. For me it has been

Think this company has new ownership or something. Had such a great experience 10 years ago so called them to have more work done but noticed SOMETHING was off during initial call.Called and talked to someone and requested a quote. Someone came out a couple days later and took measurements and emailed me a quote. Talked to the guy and he said to sign the bottom and email it back. Texted him a couple questions, no answers. Responded back to his email with same questions...no response. Tested again, nothing.Sorry, I tried. Definitely don't recommend!

I tried two different times to have them come over to give me an estimate - but BOTH TIMES they were a no show - no notice that they could not make it. I would not recommend this business.

I called Cuevas in mid-May for an estimate for a fence replacement. The earliest they could send an estimator was 3+ weeks later.  I told them I would not be there on that date but that they could access the yard to obtain the info they needed for an estimate.  I also provided my neighbor's contact info and said they would be home.  The estimator came as scheduled but didn't do the estimate, as no one answered the door at my house. I emailed Cuevas twice to try to follow up, with no response.  I called and explained what had happened and no one bothered to get back to me.Cuevas did some work for us several years ago and we were very pleased, but obviously they are too busy right now to provide any customer service.
