We used Bay Area Fence to replace almost all the fencing on our property. This company is exceptional. They pay attention to detail. The crew constructing the fence have experience and can work around problems easily. The company shows up when they say they will. We cannot say enough good things about Bay Area Fence. We highly recommend them.

Every interaction with Jack has been awful. Hes rude. He doesnt provide the needed info and doesnt respond to texts or emails. Just use someone else.

I scheduled an appointment for a quote on 3 separate occasions for a new wood fence. The first time 2 times, no one showed up, and they never called to explain. I am a super busy person, so not having someone show is a big deal for me, as I need to make time to be at home. I understand with all the bad weather, they are busy, but they never called to either apologize or reschedule. On the 3rd try, they goofed up the arrival time by 3 hours, so instead of coming at the scheduled time, they came while I was in a meeting at home. They also did not ring the front door bell, and instead offered to email the quote. I was going to proceed, but when I complained about them not showing up on 3 separate occasions and not ringing the bell, because I really wanted to talk about the additional fence needed, the lady on the phone said, "We are not sending you a quote". So, I promptly hung up the phone. I was already relucntant to schedule this 3rd date, but my neighbor convinced me to do so. Well, what can I say. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, and fool me thrice, well.... I must be a total idiot. I cannot believe the level of ignorance and arrogance of some people. I am not in that much of a rush to find someone to install a fence, and I will continue to look elsewhere.
