Carlos came today and identified my sewer back up and took care it right away. Highly recommended Rapid for any plumbing job. Like the name says, very rapid and fast. Great work!!!

These people do not know anything about plumbing. They quoted over $2,000 to replace street pipes. Thank goodness my parents didn't pay them or sign a contract with them! The problem wasn't even a broken pipe. No wonder they have bad reviews. AWFUL SERVICE!! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair

I called these guys, and set up a time for a plumber to come and fix my kitchen sink. The plumber never showed up, and never called, so I had to call after waiting for the plumber for almost an hour, and ask what was up. After waiting for another 45 minutes or so after talking to the receptionist and hearing back, I finally get a call from the plumber saying there was an emergency and they couldn't come today.... almost THREE hours after they were scheduled to come. They never called me to cancel my appointment, and I understand that emergencies happen, but they didn't even give me a courtesy call to reschedule or let me know they couldn't make it. Just not showing up is completely unprofessional. Will not be working with there guys. Do not recommend, unless you want to be ghosted by your plumber too.
