Don (the father) provided a proposal for descaling and hydro-jetting our main sewer line that was mid-range in price, but we chose him primarily for his sewer plumbing experience and responsiveness to our needs. He gave me contact information for 2 references so that I could ask questions that were important to me. I don't believe it is prudent to rely too heavily on online reviews. Initially, I was a little uncomfortable with his use of a sub-contractor to do the work--apparently it requires specialized equipment, too expensive for general plumbers. But he assured me that he would supervise closely and that he had used Antonio satisfactorily for many years. The end result was a good job. I received a "before" and "after" video of the sewer line. At my request, Don made a contingency plan with firm scheduling and pricing in case the descaling revealed pipe defects that would require cure-in-place-pipe lining. Fortunately, the additional work was not needed.
