Bedrosians Tile & Stone

High quality tiles but terrible customer service and experience. A lot of issues of ordering extra tiles of the same type we got on hand. We were told the wait time was 1-2 weeks for the backorder. No one called when the tiles had arrived at the store. We called to follow up at least 3 times to finally get an answer regarding the pickup time. Whats worse is they gave us the wrong color of tiles by accident. We had to return to wait another few weeks for the right one to arrive while our contractors are waiting. On top of all the hassles, the store did not offer any discount. The young girl with glasses at the front desk was in particular rude and not helpful.

We got all of our bathroom tile here and they were the best we found - online or offline. Such a large and unique range of textures, patterns and colors. Katelin gave us the most amazing design advice in store for free and it was a gamechanger. We skipped out on hiring an interior designer to save money but we feel like this was the next best thing. Will definitely be back in the future!

My experience with the Bedrosian Tile company is mixed. I loved the show room! Who wouldnt?! Interesting tile displays beautifully presented. My eye immediately caught the lovely hexagon tile in taupe called Celine and I purchased 4 boxes of it, - 200 pieces total. I was told it will take about a week for it to be in the store. And indeed it did! I called and talked to the original sales person - the one who sold me the tile and he assured me that my tile had arrived and that I could come by to pick it up! But when my husband and I did come, there were just 2 boxes of the tile in question - not 4! It turned out the sales person did not bother to check if all 4 boxes I purchased arrived. It was a bit frustrating and disappointing to just stand there while the warehouse guys were trying their best to find the 2 missing boxes. They were not able. I went back to the show room and told the first person I saw about the situation. It was Annabella Barrios, a sales consultant who after hearing about the missing 2 boxes, immediately went to the warehouse and checked everything herself. Then she called the distribution center and told me that the remaining 2 boxes will arrive tomorrow. I have to say if it wasnt for Annabella and her kind response to the situation, her patience of listening to my complaints, her ability to calm down a frustrating customer and most of all - the excellent customer service and ethics - we would have probably returned the tile. And while the original sales person was just walking there without paying any attention to me, Annabella resolved the unwanted situation with her ability to help and support even that it wasnt her sale! I understand that I didnt buy a huge amount of the elite tile, but if the Bedrosians employees are on commission - it should be Annabellas, who literally saved the sale! Now, about the tile itself! It is beautiful, rare and one of a kind! Naturally - all that was reflected in the price! BUT the boxes it came in - is another story!! Absolutely AWFUL! I took the pictures of the boxes that I will be sharing in a photo section. When we brought the tile home, - not surprisingly- 7 tiles had some defects, - tiny chips here and there, and one tile had a larger chip. The poorest quality of the boxes is simply unacceptable for such a company as Bedrosian and I hope they will correct this in the nearest future. In the end it is Annabella Barrios who is the only bright star in my experience with the Bedrosian Tile and Stone company!

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Annabella is the best! She was very helpful, kind and patient throughout the whole process. Definitely reaching out to them for future projects!
