When only the BEST will do, do Absolute Perfection or nothing at all! I just love Absolute Perfection. Everything about them is great and here’s why: The staff is very nice and most knowledgeable. They have a real sense of ownership and pride of work that I’ve never seen anywhere else. They use their talent and knowhow to bring out the very best in your vehicle. I have a Honda S-2000 and a Mercedes GLK 350. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for body work or restoration work – PERIOD!

Brought car in Apr 25 for an estimate with minor damage. Mario (owner) was very energetic and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He asked me to copy him on an email to my insurance in order to start the process, and said he would reply back with the estimate. 3 weeks later I have sent several emails to the insurance with Mario on copy but he has not replied or provided the estimate. May 18 I called back Mario to find out what the hold up was and he said "its minor damage, its not worth my time, do me a favor and stop emailing me." and then he hung up the phone. That would have been fine if he told me that 3 weeks ago when I brought the car in, or any of the times I emailed him asking for the quote. I could have gone to another shop in the meantime, but now I have missed a deadline with the insurance. I would have gone to another shop anyway, but Mario expressed frustration with people who shop prices and get multiple quotes with no intent to use the shop, so I refrained from shopping and waited patiently for his reply. I’m not sure if Mario is having some issues in his personal life or what, but I have been very patient and respectful so I’m not sure where his problem is coming from.
