I have never been there, and I dont know who it is at all, I live in another city, but they take money from me - they just write off cards with you for 10 bucks regularly. This is theft. I have to order a new card but it's terribly inconvenient. I hope the law punishes them.

I guarantee this IS relevent.
When I moved and my address was subsequently SOLD to marketers by the USPS. (Good lookin out, guys!). I immediately began to receive scam mail. Amidst the chaos of moving and settling in, setting up a new mailing address, updating my address with my contacts & accounts, and tracking (& losing track of) packages.
I received a text message claiming I'd missed picking up a package, but I could have it held longer if I secure it by paying a dollar. I had signed up with USPS for texts as well and I was awaiting packages so it seemed normal...
By the time I realized I had been scammed 10 & 15 dollar charges from this place began regularly . I've had the card replaced, but my bank hasn't reversed them all yet . In progress...
Hopefully someone will stop these cretins!!
