Don't hire this company! They don't know what their doing! Crappy workmanship,terrible customer service!

I called this company two weeks ago because I was having issues with the monitoring system for my solar panels. I understand that things go wrong with equipment, so I called to get some help on troubleshooting the situation. I received no call back. I called the following week and someone answered. (Some supposed tech guy to handle the situations) He said he would call me the following week and set up a time to come out and look at my setup/solar panels. He never called me back. This is ridiculous. They were a month late on installing my solar panels two years ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you are looking for solar. They have terrible customer service.
