        11-1-2021 I had a tech at my house on October 7, 2021 due a an inverter that died. Since October 18th, I have been calling to find out a status on my repair. no answer, only a round robin automated operator. No chance to leave a message. Their Sullivan Solar Society was not working. Today, 11-1-2021, i drove to the San Diego office. Their vehicles were all empty and parked in the parking lot or the street. The doors were locked, it was dark inside and no answer. I spoke to a neighboring business, I was told there had been several people at the location looking for Sullivan. Apparently, they just closed up shop and left.

        Sullivan never notified us that they are no longer in business. No transfer of monitoring of our system. So we are left hanging. Shame on them.
