Steer away from this office!! My son was referred to this office for a wisdom teeth extraction. For some reason they separated the fees for anesthesiologist so they could get away from claiming from the insurance to charge more.. since its way more expensive just to charge the patient. Paid $1250 in charges for the procedure with Insurance...A total scam.. tried working with them with my insurance since the insurance had said that the anesthesia is covered but wouldn't help at all.. would never ever come back to this office!!!

Dr. Berger is an outstanding practitioner. I am so grateful for his knowledge, compassion and insight in my medical issues surrounding my jaw and bone infection.

I genuinely feel like this place has ruined my life. I booked a consult to fix my underbite, where I was referred to orthodontics. I was told insurance would cover the surgery so Ive been following the right steps. I have been undergoing orthodontics where they ruin your mouth further so the teeth with fit together post surgery. My follow up visit they spring a lump sum ~2400 of office fees for the surgery (outside of the procedure/insurance coverage for ANYONE), which is something I cannot afford. So now I have to cancel everything. Now orthodontists are trying to fix my teeth without surgery and I have to have gaps and whatnot so I dont have an underbite. My teeth are ruined and Im so ugly now. I cant even afford teeth builders to fix the gaps and whatnot. I cant smile anymore and genuinely fight the urge to just end it. This place is super deceptive and springs charges on you last minute for things insurance wont cover.

Ive never encountered a medical clinic as unprofessional as this one. I got referred in to Dr. Berger on December 2019, they gave me an appointment for March 2020, but a few days before the appointment, they cancelled because the doctor changed his schedule. They rescheduled me for April, six weeks after my original appointment that THEY canceled. Obviously, my April appointment was canceled due to COVID-19, so they rescheduled me to the end on June. I just received a call from them saying they have to reschedule AGAIN because the doctors schedule has changed, and they cant see me for another month. I understand the appointment being cancelled because of COVID, but two cancellations due to the doctor changing his schedule is unacceptable, but what is most unacceptable, is them making people wait for months after they were the ones cancelling the appointment. It has been 7 months since I first got a referral.
