This practice is fantastic!! As a dentist myself, I can honestly say that Dr. Bierman and Ma are amazing. They are smart, caring and above all honest.

My daughter has been coming to your location for that past 2 years with the same insurance, now she's referring a friend to your location. when he called, Judy stated that they don't contract with that insurance. My daughter called and asked why they accepted did her with the same insurance, the response she received from JUDY so called "office manager" told my daughter that she should know her dental policy before coming in.... SO FOR THAT 2 YEARS, YOU JUST BEEN COLLECTING HER MONEY AND NOT TELLING HER YOU DON'T CONTRACT WITH HER INSURANCE!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU!!! REALLY!!!! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF, " IF YOUR SERVICE IS GREAT, YOU WOULD TELL YOUR FAMILIES AND FRIEND ON HOW WONDERFUL THE SERVICE WAS", BUT WHEN YOUR SERVICE IS POOR, YOUR TELL EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW SO THAT NO ONE WILL EVER GO THERE....GUEST WHAT!!! TELLING THE WHOLE WORLD NOT TO GO THEIR...WOW!!!! EVERY DENTAL OFFICE I EVER BEEN TO WOULD INFORM THAT PATIENT IF THE INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED OR NOT PRIOR TO ANY SERVICES BEING DONE....

Dr. Bierman and his entire team are incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed to an incredibly clean and efficient dental studio. Everyone is friendly and accomdating. Cleanliness is top notch too!! Highly recommend getting your cleanings and exams completed here in a efficient and pain free experience.
