We interviewed several companies when we decided to invest in a major remodel of our master bathroom. From the first meeting Jana Ward and her entire team stood out as the best fit for our project. They came up with some creative solutions not offered by other companies. Jana provided detailed plans for us to review and updated them as needed. The quality of their work is excellent and perhaps most important to us, when there were some minor problems they were quick to fix them without argument. Our master bath looks like a spa and brings us joy every day. We will always use Jana and Clear Choice for any future projects and I always recommend them whenever I am asked for a remodeler referral,

I hired Clear Choice Remodeling for an entire kitchen remodel - everything. Clear Choice was awesome from the design/estimation point until the job was complete. Every person we worked with along the way was courteous and professional. They were respectful to us and our house throughout the project duration. I could not be more thrilled with my finished kitchen - it is functional and gorgeous and I feel like Ive made new friends along the way! We selected Jana Ward and her team at Clear Choice Remodeling to renovate the upstairs of our home, including two bathrooms, a bedroom, balcony and staircase. Clear Choice did an excellent job on the remodel, and we are very happy with the results. All of their subcontractors are professional, do quality work, and were respectful of our home. Mary was the Project Manager and supervised the job and coordinated scheduling. The communication with her was excellent, and she was always very responsive and had good control of the remodel details. Jana is very fair and honest, does a good job of listening to the needs and desires of the client, and she took the time up front to fully understand our goals for the remodel. One of the reasons we selected Clear Choice was Janas design expertise, as we needed help with design decisions. Her design team did a great job of creating 3D images of the planned renovation, which allowed us to visualize the design details. Jana is very skillful with design details and color selections, and always took time to help us make the best design selections. Overall, we highly recommend Clear Choice Remodeling to anyone needing renovations to their home. Jana Ward and her team of remodelers at Clear Choice are outstanding! We had a mess of a kitchen due to pipes that leaked in the concrete slab. The plumber rerouted hot and cold water pipes through walls and by jackhammering the floor. He connected the new pipes from a bathroom to our refrigerator and then to an island sink and dishwasher. They were super careful not to hit any tension cables. The electrician moved outlets to accommodate a new oven range, vent hood, wine fridge, and microwave. Mary, the Project Manager, consistently communicated work plans to let us know when the electrician, plumber, drywaller, cabinet maker, counter tops, etc. were going to arrive. Jana also has an interior design studio where I picked out the new kitchen table and chairs. After they finished the kitchen, we hired Clear Choice to remodel our downstairs bathroom that also had water damage from the slab leak. It was a pleasure to work with the Clear Choice Remodeling Team on the demolition and redesign of our kitchen. Jana (owner) and Mary (operations manager) made us feel comfortable and valued. Jana meticulously reviewed our budget and design ideas. She created a beautiful design that met our familys needs. On several occasions Jana went shopping with us to ensure we remained within our budget and yet were able to purchase beautiful and high quality materials. All contractors were professional, on time, respectful, methodical and well organized. Janas expertise in color coordination, spatial orientation and contract materials resulted in our dream kitchen becoming a reality.
