Hicks Carpet One Floor & Home

Carlton Hicks with Carpet One is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely proactive, hard-working and doesnt waste a minute of your time. I called him for a proposal inquiry and it only took him one day to come out/inspect and give me a proposal. The final carpet install was seamless. The workers were very professional and clean. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace behind that they had been there. I highly recommend Carlton and Carpet One and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The radio advertisement brought me to your store (KSAT) and during your visit to my home, I was impressed with your product. Overall it was a great experience, however; I wanted to send you a note to express the reason why I would refer your service and come back agin. On Wednesday (March 13, 2024), your team came to install my media room carpet. Tony and Sal were timely, professional, respectful of my home, and went over and above during the installation. More specifically, they explained the installation process, and were kind enough to demonstrate each step of the installation process. While the order and purchase of the carpet was pleasant, the installation and professionalism of your team would be the reason Id come back.

Hicks provided great service during the replacement of our homes wood flooring. Different teams were used to install and finish the work. Both were top notch. They responded to and remedied our concerns. The managers also made several trips to our house to met with us, monitor progress and to plan. The finished product looks great.

Exceptional quality product but more importantly superb installation. Technician was timely, knowledgeable, efficient and left the area better than when he arrived. No trail of excess supplies or trash.

I had the best carpet buying experience with Hick's Carpet One! I found them online and was impressed by their favorable reviews and I knew I had to leave one as well after my project. From the moment I walked into the showroom - it was warm. I was greeted by Alicia and later, Mr. Hicks joined us. They provided information and suggestions of carpet since it had been 20 years since I last purchased carpet. Mr. Hicks came out to my house and personally measured and determined my needs. He provided a quote while I waited and we sealed the deal right in my kitchen. My installation was scheduled shortly thereafter and the crew was friendly, detailed and prompt! I loved the finished product and will be a return customer when I get ready to finish the remaining bedrooms. I highly recommend Hick's!
