I came for a estimate to get my vehicle fixed early morning, was told it take two hours for them to get a estimate and they would reach back out. I called twice and was told they'll send the estimate out soon, it's been 4 days and I have still not heard anything.

If you value your time and your money please steer clear of this business, my vehicle took way more time than it should have, the repairs look terrible and the leadership takes absolutely no accountability for any of their technicians actions. Paint sprayed all over the place, wheels left with missing lug bolts, uneven surfaces left for me to find. They take notes and nod their heads as if they understand then still return your vehicle in a state of disrepair. I regret trusting them with my vehicle and would not recommend them to anyone. I took my vehicle in to get an aftermarket lift gate system removed and replaced with the manual cylinders the vehicle came with. There was damage caused by the lift gate that required a new back hatch. Instead of collision Network telling me this was above their expertise, they kept my vehicle for three months and the vehicle came back worse. Only the drivers side window works. You hit one of the buttons to lower the windows and it opens the back hatch. The back window wiper is suppose to be flush with the spoiler and instead hangs down onto the window and no longer operates. I was the one to always follow up on the status of my vehicle. After three months of being told the same thing and never getting a call back when they said they would, I went and got my vehicle. It was clear they had no clue what they were doing. They were waiting on some outside technician that may or may not show up when they say they are to tell them what was wrong with the vehicle.
