I brought my Tundra in to get an estimate for repair of the roof of my cab. I waited to receive the estimate for days, then weeks. I received text messages to evaluate my experience. I did not respond since I didn't get the estimate. I called the office 3 times and left voicemails each time to be called back. I never heard from anyone. I finally gave up thinking that I would get an estimate. So, how can I rate the service anything but zero?

Worst shop ever, tried to repair vs required replacement, clear coat already peeling, and damaged splash shields... avoid at all costs... not worth the headache, car looked better damaged.. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
