    Went in for a simple part for my shower, but wasn't sure which brand I needed it to fit. Gentleman at the counter was super helpful and after describing what I had he made a recommendation based on what he thought it was. Since I wasn't sure, I asked if I could just swap it out for the correct part if it wasn't right, I did so because they have multiple signs about all returns being charged a restocking fee. Obviously I wouldn't buy something I was unsure about if I was going to be penalized when returning it. He assured me I could come swap it out. Well it was wrong, and that was no fault of theirs, but when I came back he asked a woman to refund .e while he got my correct partand she charged me the restocking fee. This was a $100 part and it was located on a shelf right behind the counter. It had taken 30 seconds to retrieve it and would take 30 seconds to put it back. The package was unopened and I had the receipt, this was less than 24 hours after I bought it. I explained I was told I could exchange it and she said it still had to be restocked and she had to chatge me. I said that was unacceptable as I had been told before I could just switch it out. She made a call and someone told her I was going to have to come back and speak to someone else at another time if I wanted the full refund. Luckily the gentleman who had helped me before was there and was an honest man. He spoke up and said he had told me that the day before and he gave me a discount on the new item for close to what the restocking fee was, but it was clear the business itself was happy to keep my money despite being in the wrong. Do not go here, there are plenty of small business plumbing supply locations that do honest business and don't try to screw over people who try to support small businesses.

    Went in on the 2nd of Feb. wow BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! So as I walk in and can tell everyone working there is frustrated with this freeze we just had. So I pay no attention, get to the counter and the guy has a little attitude but again I ignore it so he gets my parts scanned them them ask cash or card so I tell him its going to be on my account. This guy blows up and starts telling me that I should of told him that first. I apologize but he continues to mumble and was really rude with me so I start telling him that he should of asked in the beginning. He then blows up and pulls all my order back and tells me I can get out. I ask him whos your manager or boss I want to complain. He then laughed and said I am the boss. I told him I thought that was bad customer service and he said he didnt care so I told him Im going to make sure I write a review and he laughed again and said he didnt care. So I started to leave and on the way out asked the lady if he was the owner she said yes thats my husband so I told her everything that just happened and she looked at me like theres nothing she can do. So I get on these reviews and see someone responds to each review saying they are sorry and will fix it but by the way the owner acted they are not trying to fix anything.

    STAY AWAY! These people are swindlers! Went in to get new cartridges for my kitchen sink. They "informed" me of the part I needed (it was the wrong part, wrong part number!) I had the original part in hand and they could NOT match it. When they brought out the "new" cartridge, the package was open and obviously was used. It didn't work when installed. Called a friend who was a professional plumber and he said I was ripped off! They charged me DOUBLE the price and it was not even the correct cartridge. When I returned they tried to tell me that any item that was "installed" would NOT be refunded even though they sold me a part that was opened and installed! Plus, they charge a 25% restock fee. These people are the worst. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will be sorry. I was! Never again!

Toby, this is a very serious accusation! We have thousands of happy customers. I regret your experience. I do attempt to make it "right". Without the specific details as to when you visited the store and which clerk helped you, I am unable to present our case.
