        Bad Company and rude staff and they overcharge for anything and repairs and service is not done right. I don't know exactly how is it that they're still in business knowing there's more competition with better service and quality than Commercial Kitchen.

        Have a fryer down. Called on Tuesday and they said they would be out Wednesday morning. Called Wednesday morning they apologized and said they would be out Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday and now they are saying Tuesday. I need the fryer working before the weekend. Complete lack of respect to the customer who put their faith in your word and now we have to try to find someone last minute to come out and fix it.

        I had a similar experience with this company. They fixed the refrigerator/freezers the first couple of calls and then they were not able to actually fix one freezer and charged me over a thousand dollars. I was told they were not able to get a compressor for the unit when they were in stock on the website.
