Really just wanted to buy an "ultimate bacon breakfast burger, " but was given an "ultimate bacon burger" & told that they don't serve breakfast at nite. I was left wonderin', "Why does the sign say that breakfast is served all day ???" Then I went to the one on Loop 410 & Valley Hi to get just what I wanted. No problems, no hassles, & even got a sincere greeting. . . Go to the one on 410 & Valley Hi if you want what you order ! ! !

Patties must have been setting in the hot hold for too long because they were dry and hard. Update: got my wife a salad and the greens were getting all brown. The only edible part was the fried chicken on top.

If it werent for the military base being so close there is no way this place would stay in business with their RUDE employees. I honestly cant even believe the employees still have jobs. Its such a horrible look for the corporate office to have a local store doing so much damage to its brand. Speed and accuracy are suffering everywhere because of the pandemic but customer service shouldnt! Im honestly so shocked by the way I was just treated/talked to by these employees.

25 minutes in line and I was just the 4th car in line.. they are keeping the window timer ahead of guest service and would rather have you wait so that they can generate themselves a seemingly better timed order experience. I waited at the order screen 4 minutes until I was even initially acknowledged. However.... my order was accurate and my food was delicious.
