He appears to be out of business. Didn't inform patients, no one answers the phone anymore, and no note on the door.

My husband and I went in last week as first time patients. The hubby complained a bit about the wait time at first BUT when it's your turn to go back and meet Dr. Gallinger you understand why it takes a bit longer . He's a great doctor, he puts you at ease and goes over things so you understand what he's doing and why he's doing it and listens and answers all your questions. He's not trying to get you in and out as fast as possible because he's actually trying to do his job......

Been seeing Dr. Gallinger for a number of years. Best optometrist I have ever been to. He takes a personal interest in the health of my eyes. Thaks Dr. Gallenger!

Worst Eye Doctor ever! I Will never go back or recommend my family to go Gallinger. He is a very nice guy but nice doesn't matter when he lets you drive around squinting. I had to re-visit him 3 times to try to get my prescription right. Sadly he never got my eye perscription correct. He tried to convince me every time that my vision was 20/20 with some little adjustment he supposably made. I've always had a eye prescription in the -2.00 and above. Gallinger placed me in a eye prescription in the -1.00 range. Every other eye doctor I have ever went made my prescription correct. I wanted to try a different eye doctor closer to home but as you can see I paid a huge price for doing so. If you want to see right, I'd suggest go to any eye doctor but Gallinger.
Not to mention his rude staff! I'm not a confrontational person by far but his staff is very rude and unprofessional. Once my contacts were ready to be picked up I was told that I had no remaining fee so I was just given my boxes of contacts. However, when I called to have a copy of my prescription, I was told that I have a fee of $34 to be paid before my prescription could be sent out to me via email by the (short fat lady In office) she's the rudest of them all. Perhaps cause she's miserable. I paid so that I could get my prescription. I was very upset that I was told one thing and later something different. Never go here if you want to be treated like a customer and see as well!!!!!!!!!
