They were so helpful. I was in a situation that most eye glass places wouldn't help me with because of the time. They pay attention to detail and make sure that thr customer has what they want.

My husband broke his glasses while we were visiting San Antonio. This was the closest shop. The staff member was cordial on the phone. When we arrived, she was very professional, cheerful and upbeat. She figured out the least expensive way to repair the glasses was to buy another frame and "cannibalize" it for parts. It took about 20 minutes and she was very creative in solving the problems. What could have cost hundreds of $ was less than $100. And when our regular shop replaces the defective frames that broke, my husband has a back-up set of frames. Sweet!

Locations do not accommodate the working person. The locations are never open and when they are supposed to be the employees leave early. Employees do not return phone calls and do not accommodate customer needs. Since Don retired Noone else there knows what they are doing.

In about 1994 they were a big help to me after another optical shop had given me an incorrectly ground set of progressive lenses. I have gone to them ever since with good results every time.

Great service, helped my wife with broken nosepad repair while we were visiting San Antonio, staff (sorry, didn't get a name) suggested replacing both for proper fit, used nice silicone pads, and with no charge! Thank you for your good work!
