Horrible and incompetent. I was referred here but I really dont want to come back. Paying for someone else's mistake. I couldn't do a procedure because I took a medication that was given the verbal OKAY from THEIR NURSE to take. Wasted time. Currently had to reschedule but looking elsewhere as well.

Great accessibility to this clinic, but, BEWARE, if you are going in for an interview for Texas Healthy women make sure to CALL 211 to ensure your application was submitted, mine was not, and the clinic does not worry about if you are active or not, they will continue the procedure without making sure you are active. If you are not active you will have to pay OUT of pocket for these services. I was not made aware of that. On top of this, if you try to get any immunizations sa metro health department considerers this Texas funded Grant (Texas Healthy Women) as PRIVATE INSURANCE so you will also have to pay out of pocket full price for any immunization DESPITE Texas healthy women not even having coverage for immunization. None of this is explained to you, so I just wanted to share this information.

First time here and might not be my last. Everyone was nice and service was fast.
