NextCare Urgent Care

I was very pleased with my visit. All of the staff were courteous, helpful, and made me feel that I was being well cared for at a time when I wasn't feeling well.

I went to get x-rayed for a broken rib and possibly a fractured cheek bone. I had to leave because there was no x-ray tech. So on the second trip I was told that only the rib can be x-rayed but not the face (which is completely bruised) because the right x-ray tech was NOT there. I fell and hit my head, side and face so bad that whole right side of my face was bruised. I am a 50 year old pre-k teacher with no history of addiction. I told them in the beginning that I needed x-rays and pain relief. I received neither!!! I already take motrin and gabbapentin but the pain is too bad to sleep or work. I was treated like a drug seeker and sent home with a medication that I can't take because it robs the body of sodium and I already have low sodium. They knew EXACTLY what I was dealing with. It was a waste of time and money just to be treated like a junkie. I am in extreme pain so hell yes I wanted pain relief for a SHORT period until the pain was manageable. Go somewhere/anywhere but here.

My visit went very smoothly In and out within an hour or less. The PA I visited with was very informative and explained everything. I give the whole staff an A++

I went in on 3/26 because my own Dr's office couldn't see me for some time..again. This was my 2nd visit to this location & again it was a great experience. The staff is so sweet & helpful. The Dr is amazing, again she was very thorough and explained in detail everything to me and made sure I understood. If I could have her as my PCP I absolutely would!
