I wanted to save people from the awful service that this company provides. We signed a lease with them after they promised that their machine would work in our environment. Since then we have experienced absolutely every single issue that you can possibly think of. The products don't work and are completely unresponsive. The customer service is appalling. I just hope people do not make the same mistake we did and sign a lease with them. I guarantee you will regret it. There are other companies out there who deserve your business. We ended up with them after they bought out the company we had been using who was wonderful. Most of those people left and we were left the worst possible company.
