I bought a voucher via Groupon over 2 months ago. All of my calls are sent to voicemail. I’ve called at least 20 times over the past 2 months, left 12 messages, and received 3 calls back, two saying that they would call me within the day, both lies. The one time we did manage to schedule a tentative time, they did not follow through. Absolutely unprofessional. I’m trying to get my money back so I can use it for a real company. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau.

HORRIBLE Experience. They wouldn't return calls to schedule when they found out it was a purchase thru Groupon! Damestiques said it was purchased 3 years ago--NOT TRUE! Purchased a few months ago, and hadn't expired...but Damestiques was delaying and waiting for it to expire! Finally had to contact Groupon. DO NOT SUPPORT these SCAM ARTISTS.

I used Damastiques cleaning service for several years and was very satisfied but, after a change in income last year, I switched to another service in an attempt to reduce my monthly expenses. After a very disappointing few months I tried another service. Then another. And another. None of the services I tried provided the consistent high standards or the reminder and follow-up calls provided by Damastiques. Coming home from work to a spotless house this week confirmed that Damastiques really does provide superior service. So glad to have Damastiques as my house cleaning service again!
