I am furious! My cousin was calling regarding an issue with her car and I was listening to her conversation on speaker. Not only was the sales person speaking over her and calling her rude, he hung up on her 3x! He refused to answer her questions and started yelling, all while she stayed calm trying to get her questions answered and asking him not to speak over her. She wanted to speak to the guy who sold her the car also, and he refused.
He spoke to her as if she had no sense, put the phone down(not on hold) and started cursing and yelling about how He never wanted her to call there again and how she kept calling.
He then picked up the phone, told her to never call back and they blocked her number. I have never ever heard a business run this way! My husband is a car salesman and even if she had been difficult, which she was not, he has not and would not ever speak to a customer like that. I don't know how they can run a business like that. I am disgusted.
