I never read the reviews if I would have I never would have even entered this dealership. The owner is a joke the vehicle he sold me was not what I thought it would have been. The Camry had a bad cat piss odor. I found receipts in the car which means that they where using the car for personal use . Him and his ex_wife use the cars as they please. I really wanted the Subaru in the lot but once I found out he took the car to cape code earlier in the day..No thanks omg.. After the car was on display for 4995 he got 7995 for it by the bank. The owner wishy washed the price just to get more money. To think I trusted this piece of... He tricked me in signing for it with out reading any paper work . He never offered to test drive it. I threatened to return car and that's when he offered to fix the vehicle. The key he provided me doesn't open the passenger nor the trunk he never replaced it. He claims its not his responsibility. Horrible customer service. While he had my vehicle in the shop he lend me one and with out my permission decided to take my car home because I had his dealership plates. When returning my car his wife is another dits and wants me to sign a document that they typed up about how the vehicle was in perfect condition I refused to sign it and if she wouldn't give me my keys I Will tell the bank how they took my car home without my consent. This establishment is a joke along with the staff. Even if my car was good you don't treat ppl like this you should have made me happy with an alignment and replacing the key. Also I did my own registration and plates transfer I have financed a car before but this was sad. Please be aware of the owner I then found out he has had many other dealerships but gets kicked out of property for bad reputation. Beware please be careful.

I had a similar experience as the other person who commented. There's no rust but the car had definitely been in a front end accident that I was not informed of and has lots of work to be done. I took the car to his mechanic in Lynn to have warrenty stuff done because he refused to let my regular mechanic do work on it. The mechanic was also shady and hardly spoke any English. I honestly don't even think they fixed the problem because my car still makes noise and now my oil light is on too.

The vehicle that I purchased was FILTHY, and I have witnesses to state as such. It appeared not to have been given any sort of cleaning before purchase and also appeared to have been driven around by the dealer for some period of time before my purchase of it, given that I found his electric bill between the seats and a receipt from the previous owner in the glove compartment. Also, there is the fact that the car was in an accident that had not been disclosed to me; I found that the passenger's door was almost entirely reconstructed from body filler along the bottom, and that the unibody was bent and painted over in the door jamb (from which the paint has recently started peeling, revealing yet more rust). The hole in the seat, exhaust leak, dead battery, and other issues like that I can understand, given that, as a used car with no warranty, I was responsible for investigating those issues. But I can't help but feel that, if he can't even get the purchase price straight, what else is he trying to cover up or change about the vehicle, or indeed, the entire transaction? I offered an alternative that would have satisfied both parties, but was rebuffed time and again because the dealer proved to be unwilling to negotiate at all with me. I want to inform others about the dishonest cover-up work that goes on at this dealership because I don't want anyone else to get taken as wholly I was. This by far was the worst dealing I have had in the many years I have been buying cars. A fair warning is DO NOT Buy from this shady and dishonest dealership and please do your research on better and more reliable dealerships in the area. Save yourself the headache and stress I had to endure.
