If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would and I always try to give people four stars
I called ahead because I know exactly how nail salons are. I called ahead and I double checked. Hey Ill be there in five minutes. Are you guys able to do my nails in five minutes? She said yes absolutely were not busy right now. I said perfect. Ill be there in five minutes. I showed up in less than five minutes to her telling me Oh its gonna be 30 minutes wait so I waited and then one person was finished and then she proceeded to tell me that the man does not do nails when he just finished doing a set of nails, so I continue to wait then she tells me to sit in the first chair while she still sits and talks to her other guest. Im not sure if theyre racist or not because I didnt see any other Black people in there and Ive seen that they were racist on their other reviews but I hope that that really wasnt the case especially in this day and age, but this is really unprofessional, and I will never come back here again, and I will never let anyone I know come to this nail salon I wouldve completely understood if she said no maam Im sorry we wont have time to do your Hands today or unfortunately were really busy busy or we got busy. Maybe we can do it tomorrow instead of playing with me and making me sit and wait for no reason.
