I wasn't going to write a bad review about my experience here because I know someone who goes here biweekly & loves it, but I can't let go of how they treated my mom. We both got pedicures last Friday: we made an appointment for 2:30 but were not sat in a chair until 3. My mom's technician began her pedicure and was halfway done by the time anyone even started mine. They put acetone on my toes to remove the gel, then walked away to start another client. My mom's technician left right after this to take someone else's manicure. Very unprofessional. We sat for 10 minutes before my original technician came back and finished my mom's toes before doing mine - this entire time my feet haven't even touched the water yet. Had I not had acetone soaking, I would've just walked out. The finished results are fine though. We go to pay, and they say my mom's initial card declined even though we had JUST used this same card at lunch. She pays using a different card. Later in the day, she gets a bank notification that the original payment went through, so she has been charged twice. She went to her bank and they instructed her to wait until Monday after 4PM so a full business day had passed to see if the charge would "fall off", and it didn't. She went up to Pro Nails this morning to have them refund her, proving she was charged twice, and they refused to refund her. They gave her a gift card for her payment instead. I find this to be incredibly bad customer service and feel the need to warn others that if they screw you out of your money, all you'll get back is a gift card.

The young lady who did my nail did an amazing job! She nailed the shape and color I was looking for and was gentle doing my nails. The two other women who did my mother and my toes did an amazing job as well and it was a very nice nail salon trip.

Left with bubbles on nails, uneven shape, design was sloppy. Very disappointed. Very poor job.
